At Fearrington Village, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided or your preferred tracked shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
